The region will also experience 40 to 50 mph wind gusts, heavy rain on Monday and possible coastal flooding. The strong wind will continue until Wednesday.

Temperatures will hit the low 60s for St. Patrick’s Day on Friday, and conditions should improve towards the end of the week.
