Celtics Reveal Roster for NBA 2K25 Summer League 2024

The Boston Celtics have unveiled their roster for the NBA 2K25 Summer League 2024, scheduled to take place from July 12-22 at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus.

The Celtics will kick off their Summer League campaign on Saturday, July 13, against the Miami Heat (6:30 p.m. ET, 3:30 p.m. PT, on NBA TV). The roster features returning players such as guard JD Davison, forward Drew Peterson, center Neemias Queta, and forward Jordan Walsh. Celtics assistant coach D.J. MacLeay will take on head coaching duties for the Summer League.

Walsh, entering his second year with the Celtics, will make his second Summer League appearance after averaging 16.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in five games during the 2023 Summer League. Boston’s 2024 NBA Draft picks, guard Baylor Scheierman (30th overall) and forward Anton Watson (54th overall), are set to debut in a Celtics uniform.

Each team will play at least five games, with four games scheduled between July 12-19. The top four teams will advance to the playoffs, starting with semifinal games on Sunday, July 21, at 2 p.m. ET and 4 p.m. ET on ESPN. The winners will compete in the championship game on Monday, July 22, at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN. Playoff teams will be determined by their winning percentage in the first four games, with tiebreak criteria available online. The remaining 26 teams will play a fifth game on either Saturday, July 20, or Sunday, July 21.
