NBC10 Philadelphia, bodies of two men found in garage in Paulsboro, NJ

Police are investigating after two men were found dead in a garage in Paulsboro, New Jersey, on Tuesday afternoon.

SkyForce10 overhead showed a massive police presence in the West Monroe Street unit block shortly before 11:30 am.

The family told NBC10 that the deaths of the two men were tragic accidents, but Paulsboro and Gloucester County officials have so far given few details.

Officials told NBC10 that an investigation is ongoing and awaiting an autopsy report, but it appeared to be accidental and pose no threat to the public.

Family member Andre Campbell said, “Someone came to see my uncle this morning about work, knocked on the door and came in, discovering the tragedy.

According to family members, the garage was part of a house-cum-auto shop on Monroe Street. On Tuesday afternoon, loved ones of the victims gathered to pay their respects.

The family identified the victims as Lloyd Campbell and Alan Nichols. They described the man as a hard worker dedicated to towing Campbell and working on the car.

“He was a hustler,” Tyrone Campbell, another family member, told NBC10. “He wanted to chase money and always had positive things to say about everything in life.
