Lawsuit filed against medical marijuana plant FarmaceuticalRX in East Liverpool

East Liverpool, Ohio (WKBN) – A $2 million lawsuit has accused the owner of a medical marijuana growing business in East Liverpool of not paying his bills.

Palmer Construction of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, says PharmaceuticalRX, LLC, according to court documents. I failed to pay for my work.

Palmer Construction acted as general contractor for two projects of medical marijuana cultivation facilities. Its operations are located on Harvey Avenue in East He Liverpool.

The lawsuit alleges that PharmaceuticalRX owes more than $1.4 million to contractors for “cultivation projects.”

According to the documents, it owes an additional $900,000 for additional refurbishment work on the property.
