Gas prices could be cheaper in Pennsylvania
(WTAJ) – With inflation wreaking havoc on our daily lives, a natural gas company in Pennsylvania is actually looking to cut prices in March.
UGI Utilities customers will soon feel a little easier as their gas bills are about to drop. From March 1st the interest rate will be reduced by his 8%. company reported.
UGI Chief Regulatory Officer Paul Szykman said:
UGI confirms a 33% increase in prices in 2022. That means the new prices will be lower, but a far cry from pre-pandemic prices.
Peoples Natural Gas prices fell about 1.4% in October 2022.
UGI is based in Lucerne County and competes with local companies such as People’s Natural Gas.
