Families can sign up for the local police department’s Operation Christmas

Pine Creek Township, Pennsylvania — There are only two weeks left for families to sign up for the Operation Christmas Program in Pine Creek Township.

Pine Creek Township Police Department helps families in the Avis Borough, Dunstable Township, Wayne Township, and Pine Creek Township areas, a help fund designed to provide Christmas gifts to families in need. I’ll accept it.

The application form can be found on our page. Please fill in the “Christmas Program Application Form” or pick it up at the police station. Community residents who have not benefited from this program in the past two years can come to the department at his 23 Municipal Drive in Avis, Pennsylvania, and sign up for a wish list of gifts and sizes for the children as needed. can be provided by Christmas help.

Parents can come to the police station from 3pm to 5pm on November 30th.

Local businesses have agreed to assist the Pine Creek Township Police Department with additional registration hours. Individuals who are unable to come to the police station may also sign up at Aungst Cuts, 24 West Central Avenue, Avis at the following dates and times throughout November.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-noon or 2pm-4pm

Gifts are purchased, wrapped and delivered the day before Christmas. It is not a system based on household income. The only requirements are that the child must be under the age of 15 and the family must prove that he resides in one of the municipalities where Pine Creek Township Police provides coverage. That’s it.

Parent’s photo ID, current utility bill and proof of child’s guardianship are required.
