The Erie-based DuCharme Organization has allowed minors to work before 7 a.m., after 7 p.m., and for more than three hours a day on school days, according to the U.S. Department of Labor. Also, the minor said she worked after 9:00 p.m. between June 1 and Labor Day (by law, she could only work until 9:00 p.m.), and on non-school days she worked more than 8 hours. rice field.
