A few dolphins beached in Sea Isle City in Cape May County on Tuesday afternoon.
People were seen throwing buckets of water on the sand on 50th Street, blanketed by six dolphins.
We could see the dolphins in action while people tended them.
After spending many minutes on the sand, we saw the crew loading the dolphins into the back of the pickup truck. They drove the dolphin a short distance to a box truck, where they transferred it to the back.
Two other dolphins appeared to be visible further up the yellow taped beach.
This happens at a time when whales and dolphins have been stranded on shore for months.
