The first SCBL girtls season has been competitive and it will culminate with the championship game Sunday at 4 p.m. with the Aces meeting the Liberty. The Liberty is led by Emmaus junior Sofie Laird who is as tough a competitor as I have seen. She and the Liberty face the undefeated Aces who are led by Makaela Border, a freshman at Whitehall who should be a varsity contributor this season.
