An arrest warrant has been issued in connection with the theft of a carved wooden Jersey Devil statue that sat outside Lucille’s Ranchonet in Warren Grove, New Jersey.

Stafford Township Police Department announced. A warrant has been issued against Thomas L. Binz, 52, of Ohio, on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. Binz had not been arrested as of Tuesday, police said.
