• Jessica Schmack, 30, who recently lived in Efrata, was charged with possession for the purpose of delivering controlled substances. She is about 5 feet 2 inches and 110 pounds. According to police, Exeter Township police stopped her vehicle on February 24 because Defendant Schmack was a passenger in the vehicle and she had an illegally colored window. Police said they obtained a vehicle search warrant after observing drug-related equipment head-on. During the search, the following items were found in the car: 30 marijuana “roaches”, 60 grams of marijuana, a small glass of powdered cocaine, 80 pills of methamphetamine, a digital scale, and 1,286 believed to be revenue from drug sales. • Juan Lopez Barco, 34, who recently lived in Philadelphia, was charged with counterfeiting and theft. He is about 5 feet 5 inches and 240 pounds. Authorities said Lopez-Barco changed another person’s writing to scam PennDOT between April 1st and May 4th. Authorities said Lopez-Barco owned or used the identification information of the three male victims without agreeing to promote illegal purposes.
