Pittsburgh (KDKA)-The 20th Annual Tunch & Wolf Walk for the Homeless will be held this weekend to support the Light of Life Rescue mission on the North Side.
Former Pittsburgh Steelers Tone Chilkin and Craig Wolfrey have been dedicated to helping people in need of the Light of Life for over 35 years.
Together, they created this annual fun, family-friendly event. It starts at 10K along the North Shore Trail and ends with a free cookout.
This will be the first walk for the homeless without Tunch after losing the fight against ALS last September.
The walk will take place on the North Shore on Saturday, June 18th.
Registration begins at 8:30 am and 5K and 10K walking begins at 10 am.
