Six months after being temporarily closed due to staffing issues, the popular Italian restaurant will reopen in South Bethlehem.
Known for homemade pasta and other authentic Italian dishes, according to the company’s website, Molinari’s will reopen on Thursday, May 12, at 322 E. Third St.

To reopen, restaurant management made some changes to the dining experience while continuing to work on authentic Italian cuisine prepared daily on the premises.
From now on, there will be two seats with tickets from Thursday to Saturday. One is 5 pm and the other is 7:30 pm.
Each seat can accommodate up to 30 people, and the initial seats are up to 2 hours long, giving staff enough time to “turn” space for the next seat, the restaurant says.
Tickets must be purchased at least the day before and ticket prices cover meals only [additional menu items may be available].. Drinks, taxes and tips are not included.
