Prince William struggled with his mental health during his time as an aviation ambulance pilot.

The Duke of Cambridge, who launched the Blue Light Together scheme on Thursday (11.25.21), which provides a package of mental health support to paramedics workers, talks to paramedics and how work works on their mental health. William, an avid supporter of mental health support, revealed that he needed to withdraw from many incidents because they felt they were too close to home.

The 39-year-old royal family recalled:

“And I was going to talk to someone else after the event. It was really important, but it goes on, it really doesn’t leave you there-you just manage it better . “

In a speech at the Royal Foundation’s Emergency Services Mental Health Symposium in London, William said: ambulance.

“I remember the pressure of answering the phone in the most stressful situations, sometimes with tragic conclusions.

“I remember a sense of solidarity with the team, working together to do what I can and sharing the weight of responsibility.”

“I also remember wanting to go home with the stress and tension of the day and not burden my family with what I saw,” he added.
