According to multiple reports, a single-engine plane crashed next to a home in Salisbury Township, Lehigh County, near Allentown. Two people were on board the plane, one of whom died. Another one of his was Lehi He was taken to Valley Hospital Cedar His Crest.
Witnesses claimed to have seen the plane barely fly over the trees and heard the engine thumping just before it hit the ground.
It is believed that the plane did not actually hit the house, but stopped about 10 yards away and exploded there.
The crash is under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.
