Penguins planning Friday’s “Shirt Off Hour Bucks” and Fan Appreciation Night

Pittsburgh (KDKA)-Pittsburgh Penguins conclude their regular season and are preparing for their 16th straight victory in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

At the final home game at PPG Paints Arena on Friday, the team is re-planning for the popular “Shirt Off Hour Bucks” gift as part of Friday’s Fan Appreciation Night.

The 23 lucky fans who attended will win the player’s autographed jersey. All fans entering the building will receive a scratch card and a miniature hockey stick. Scratch cards that do not produce a “shirt off hourback” winner may include a “mystery box” that may produce other prizes such as autographed packs and PensGear gift cards.

The winners of the 23 jerseys will be announced after the match. Due to the restrictions of COVID-19, prizes will not be given directly. Instead, the jersey will be signed after the match and mailed to the winner.

The local band “The Clarks” will also perform from 6:10 pm before the match, and during both breaks.

The prizes for the Grand Prize, announced in the third phase, are a four-day, four-day trip to Napa, California, including airfare, dinner, and vineyard tours.

Friday’s pack drop against Columbus Blue Jackets is scheduled for 7pm
