On September 12, Pagoda Realty’s Community Outreach Committee, Legacy of Love, hosted its first golf tournament on the Willow Hollow Golf Course. All proceeds were donated to Children’s Home of Reading.
Members of the committee worked with CHOR Advancement, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Jill Troutman, President of the Board Lee Prussman, and Bruce Kraft, a member of the Board. Their efforts and dedication have helped to keep the golf tournament running smoothly.
The event was a huge success, bringing together sponsors, donors and participants from across the region. There were 18 donated silent auction baskets ranging from $ 100 to $ 500. A $ 50,000 hole-in-one award sponsored by @Work Personnel Services. A car gift sponsored by the Savage Auto Group. Catering dinner from Konopelski Katering. Sponsorships from Contour Mortgage, Safeguard Property Transfer, L2i Construction, Berks Eye Physicians and Surgeons, Alden Homes and many other local businesses and individuals.
This event was the most successful fundraising event to date at Pagoda Realty’s Legacy of Love. On September 20, Board Treasurer Rob Cagliola met with the Legacy of Love Committee and raised $ 9,800 in donations on behalf of the organization.
Pagoda Realty would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this event a success. If you have a cause that is close to your heart, or if you have an organization that you would like to support at a fundraising event, please contact Pagoda Realty’s Legacy of Love (firstname.lastname@example.org).
