High Limit Sprint Car Series race at Grandview Speedway postponed to Wednesday night

of high limit sprint car series race The race scheduled for Tuesday night at Grandview Speedway has been postponed to Wednesday night due to rain, the Thunder on the Hill Racing Series announced Tuesday.

The race begins Wednesday at 7:30 pm on a 1/3 mile dirt track outside Bechtelsville in Washington Township. All previous ticket sales will be honored and fans who have not yet purchased tickets will be able to do so at the gate starting Wednesday at 4:30pm.

NASCAR Cup Series driver Kyle Larson, former Cup Series driver Casey Kahn and former Truck Series driver Rico Abreu lead the expected fields. Larson has made seven winged 410 sprint cars at Grandview and won four.

Wednesday’s race will conclude with a 40-lap feature event that will award $23,023 to the winner. The prize for 1st place is Largest ever Thunder on the Hill racing seriesthe largest sprint car race in Grandview’s 61-year history.
