Attorney Rachel Shaw has joined Barley Snyder’s Wyomissing office. Shaw works in the company’s business and real estate practice groups. Bernard Boulanger, MD, MBA, FACS, has been appointed Executive Vice President and CEO of Provider Enterprise, Tower Health. Boulanger has served in his leadership positions in Tower Health Medical Group, Tower Health Providers, Tower Health at Home, and Undergraduate Academic Affairs.
Boulanger joined Tower Health from MetroHealth, Ohio and has held various clinical and executive roles since 2016.
