Video captured of Barham sighting in Warren District, PSP confirmed on day 8 of search

Warren, Pennsylvania (WJET/WFXP/YourErie.com) — Pennsylvania State Police enter eighth day of manhunt for escaped prisoner Michael Barham.

Barham, 34, escaped from Warren County Jail at around 11:20 p.m. on July 6 and, as of Thursday, July 13, had raised up to $22,000 for information leading to his arrest. A dollar bounty is offered.
