HARRISBURG (KDKA) – The first new partnership for frontline healthcare professionals was announced Thursday.
Music therapy is provided to these healthcare professionals in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Arts Council and the Pennsylvania Hospital and Health System Association.
It will lead a pilot program launched in southeastern Pennsylvania and provide its services to healthcare professionals.
Studies have shown that this type of treatment can be an effective tool for anyone experiencing compassionate fatigue or burnout.
