State Senator Joe Pittman and Representatives Jim Struzzi and Brian Smith will co-host the Senior Expo on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at S&T Bank Arena, White Township Recreation Complex and 497 East Pike.
The expo provides information to seniors and their families in the community on health care, insurance, nutrition and exercise, safety, financial planning benefit programs, and personal safety.
COVID boosters and flu shots will be available. Please note that prescription drug takebacks will be held during the expo. Collections are anonymous. Remove personal information from containers.
Items accepted are prescription/over-the-counter medications, liquid medications, creams and ointments, nasal sprays, inhalers, and pet medications. No drips, syringes, injections or needles will be accepted.
Participants will receive a health check and will be provided with complimentary refreshments.
