Harrisburg (KDKA) —Pennsylvania Health Department reports 1,110 new reports coronavirus Cases and 8 additional deaths.

This is the third time this week that the number of cases of coronavirus in the state has exceeded 1,000 per day. To this week, the state has not exceeded 1,000 COVID cases per day since May.
This has resulted in 1,224,500 cases and 27,850 COVID-19-related deaths across the state since the pandemic began.
The COVID-19 hospital has 473 people throughout the state and 101 patients in the ICU.
According to the state, the total dose of vaccine is 11,613,138 times and 5,704,720 people are fully vaccinated. So far, 62.8% of Pennsylvania over the age of 18 have been fully vaccinated.

To date, 4,906,443 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
Across the state, there are 72,261 residents and 15,627 employees in licensed long-term care facilities and personal care homes. Of all deaths, 13,412 were residents of long-term care or personal care facilities.
The state also reports that 29,355 healthcare workers were diagnosed with COVID-19 during the pandemic.
