Westchester — As the weather cools and tackles the physical and mental challenges of a pandemic, Greater Brandy Wine’s YMCA (YGBW) brings health to community members through a free wellness challenge starting October 18. Through a four-week challenge, YMCA provides a variety of resources to help individuals of all abilities develop healthier habits and find new ways to challenge themselves. Resources include weekly training routines, recipes, nutritional advice, training playlists, virtual classes, meditation series, and more. Most importantly, it helps connect the inhabitants of our entire region with a united effort to achieve their goals.
