Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake had to “divide and rule” during parenting during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jessica, 39, has sons Silas (6), Finius (11 months), and husband Justin (40), admitting that the blockade with their two children is strict. However, she and Justin said they prevented each other from “burning out.”
She tells PEOPLE: “Be very flexible and follow the flow. But you have to divide and rule. If you don’t, you’ll probably burn out too much.
Jessica also revealed that homeschooling Shirasu felt tough, and the pandemic showed how difficult it was to be a teacher.
Regarding the school pod in Silas, she said: “It really helped the kids to have a small and safe social circle. I wasn’t crazy. I’m not a teacher. That’s what I learned.”
And Jessica is proud that she has survived the pandemic.
She said, “Being with friends, looking at each other,’we’ve done it.’ Humans are resilient creatures. When things are difficult, we come back stronger.” Said to find hope.
Jessica took care of her children and spent a lot of lockdowns launching a new health and wellness brand, Kinder Farm. This includes natural medical grade hydration and plant-based organic protein shakes.
She states: “We wanted to create an opportunity for parents to make different choices for their children, and we can say,” I really believe that the ingredients in these products are effective and non-toxic. ” I will.
