One unit of donated blood can be used as a whole blood transfusion or divided into components that help four individuals. An ongoing pandemic has closed many Red Cross collection sites, creating a serious shortage of blood supply. It is best to make a reservation, but if a store opens, the Red Cross will bring it in. Please do not donate, as we ask anyone who feels sick. You must wear a face mask and the temperature will be measured at the time of registration. Please contact Jennifer Clements-Rhoads ((215-661-1300)), Blood Drive Coordinator, to make an appointment. Please consider the necessary donations.
