Pennsylvania State Police Take ‘Administrative Duty’ After Teacher’s Death

Bradford County, Pennsylvania (WETM) – A Pennsylvania State Police officer involved in the accident that killed a Troy School District teacher earlier this year has been on “administrative duties” while the investigation is ongoing.
