“I thought no one was watching”: Monessen school director and her partner were charged with a lascivious case in the parking lot

CHARLEROI (KDKA)-The director of Monessen City School has been charged after police said police had caught her and a man allegedly involved in sexual activity in a parking lot in an apartment complex in North Charleroi.

Police were called into the Nathan Goff Apartments visitor’s parcel last week when someone reported that they might be involved in sexual activity on a red pickup truck, according to criminal accusations.

According to criminal accusations, police officers found a couple, later identified as Leanne Spazak and Robert Cappelli, undressed in the backseat of a truck. Police ordered them to get dressed and get off the truck.

According to police, both smelled of alcohol.

Police asked them why they were in the parking lot. “I didn’t think he was watching,” Capelli said.

When 61-year-old Capelli went to the center console for his ID, police said they also found a gun in the truck. It was legally registered with him, but because of his level of drunkenness, police robbed him of it, criminal accusations said.

According to police, Capelli asked police to keep their weapons in the car. But they told him it wasn’t safe, and instead he could get it from the police station the next day.

Currently, 55-year-old Spazak has been charged with indecent exposure, indecent exposure, public drunkenness, and chaotic behavior. Capelli faces the same sin.

Police released both her and Capelli to a friend who came to pick them up.

The Monessen City School District has issued the following statement:
