TOWAMENCIN — On Tuesday night, the North Penn men’s water polo team painted a vivid picture of how they spent their summer vacation.

The Knights, who played in the Junior Olympics in California during their break, have become a very cohesive group this season, and their bond is shown in the water.

“I’ve been to California, I’ve been in the Spring League and the Summer League. It’s been a good experience. Said after the One League battle.”Last year, only two seniors graduated. And we’re all good friends, so the chemistry is great. The atmosphere is good.”

After a solid performance at the Jumpstart tournament at Wilson, the Knights went all out for much of the league schedule.

The North Penns took a 3-0 lead in the opening minutes, led 8-1 after a quarter, and completed a sweep of the night’s doubleheader with a 19-9 win over Big Red. The NP women won 12-6 early in the night.
