The National Weather Service has issued flood warnings for the I-95 and I-78 corridors.
The clock runs from 1 pm to midnight on Friday.
Partly written as follows: “Showers and thunderstorms are expected to spread throughout the region this afternoon and evening. Showers and thunderstorms can cause localized heavy rainfall of more than an inch or two in total, and flash floods. It can occur.
“Excessive runoff can lead to flooding in rivers, streams, streams and other lowland areas where floods are prone.”
Humid conditions are expected during and during the showers and storms of the 70’s temperature.
A cool front is expected to pass through the area early Saturday, turning westward winds into northerly winds during the day and peaking in the mid-1970s, pushing clouds away.
Warming trends are projected over the next day, with sunny skies and daily highs peaking on Tuesday in the late 90’s.
