Fleetwood Casey Lindewald is the 100th goal of a high school field hockey career

Fleetwood Senior Casey Lindewald is the latest member of the Burks County Field Hockey 100 Goal Club.

Dewald scored five goals in the Berks III-IV game on Monday, beating Mertztown’s Brandywine Heights 10-1. Five goals give Dewald 102 her career.

Dewald, a commitment from the University of Kutstown, has joined Berks Catholic’s Julia Bressler and Twin Valley’s Natali Foster as players who have scored 100 goals this season. Currently, there are nine Burks County players on the 100 goal list.

Foster on Monday became the first Burks player to defeat Robesonia’s Conrad Weiser 9-0 Burks I-II and achieve 100 career assists.

Foster had three goals and three assists. Foster, a commitment of Drexel University, has 105 goals and 100 assists for her career to become the first 100-100 field hockey player in Burks County.
