Joyce pays tribute to late Chairman Shuster on House floor

WASHINGTON, DC (WTAJ) – Congressman John Joyce, MD (PA-13), spoke Tuesday, April 25, about the enduring legacy of EG “Bud” Shuster.

Joyce observed a moment of silence on the floor of the US House of Representatives today in memory of the late Speaker, who passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

“For six years, Chairman Schuster held the gavel on the Transportation and Infrastructure Commission and fought to build the roads, bridges and waterways that Americans depend on every day,” said Rep. Joyce. “His drive and determination helped bring our infrastructure into his 21st century, paving the way for innovation and new development throughout Pennsylvania and the United States.”
