Chris Martin vows in meditation and a nap.
A 44-year-old Coldplay frontman claims that he sleeps very little at night, but always takes a nap during the day. This was recommended by MMA fighter Conor McGregor trainer.
Chris told Rob Brydon in the “Brydon &” podcast, “I don’t sleep much at night. I meditate and sometimes take a nap. I was encouraged by kickboxer Conor McGregor’s trainer.
“I went to the gym for training after playing in Dublin last time. He said the key to life was to lie down for 15 minutes and close his eyes in the afternoon.”
And Chris revealed that he gave up on dairy products for the sake of his health.
He states: What’s interesting when you’re really trying to stay healthy is that some of you are still “yes, but …”
“And my voice,’Yes, but’ [dairy] I grew up in Devon, where you basically washed with it.
“So, even though I feel better and sing better, there’s still a part to throw it all away for four Weetabix and double cream. And I’ll do it someday. You will have to.
“When we first went to America, I was wondering why we were always sick, and wondering it while having 12 strawberry milkshakes. It was.
“The other day I milked a goat, but I didn’t participate.”
