PITTSBURGH (KDKA)-A person from Pittsburgh returns home and begins his pride month in the city.
The organizer of Pride on the Shore Billy Porter I will return to town on Friday, June 3rd. Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Award winners will participate in Stage AE and share exclusive clips of his new film.
“Anything is possible” is Porter’s directorial debut. Filmed in and around Pittsburgh, it will begin streaming on Prime Video on July 22nd.
In addition to Porter, singer Jessie J will headline the festival on Friday. The stage AE door opens at 6 pm and the pride after party begins at 11 pm.

Weekends also feature marches and festivals celebrating the LGBTQ community here in Pittsburgh.
The Pittsburgh Pride Revolution March and Parade will drop off the City-County Building at noon on Saturday. Cross the Andy Warhol Bridge to the North Shore. The porter will also be a grand marshal.
Then, from 1 pm to 8 pm, a free festival is planned at Allegheny Common Park West.
Then, from 3 pm to 9 pm on Sunday, the festival will move to Bloomfield in Trace Brewing.
