‘Smoke on the Mountain’: Annual BBQ Comes Back to Jefferson County
Jefferson County, Pennsylvania (WTAJ) — “Smoke on the Mountain,” an annual barbecue food event in support of the Fox Township Fire Department, will take place in Kersey this June.
The event is open to all and includes a cruise-in on Friday, June 9th, and a live cook-fire on the grill and smoker on Saturday, June 10th.
Cruise in runs from 4pm to 8pm with music, food, drinks, and cool cars to check out.
The Fire Department also advertised a fun little contest on their Facebook page during the cruise-in. Those who registered for the contest on Saturday will be able to enter on Friday, and this category has something for everyone – desserts!
