Alison Brie will join John Cena “freelance”.
The 39-year-old actress signed up for an action comedy directed by “Taken” filmmaker Pierre Morel.
The film follows a special forces operator (Cena) who has decided to retire from the Army and lead a quieter life in the United States.
After a few years of retirement, when she interviewed a cruel dictator who could have caused an attack on him and his subordinates, he got a job to provide safety to a female journalist (Bree). I decided.
If a military coup occurs during the interview, the trio will be forced to flee to the jungle, where they will have to survive the elements, the army, and each other.
The film was written by Jacob Lenz, and Steve Richards of Endurance Media is working with Sentient Entertainment’s Lenny Tab and Christopher Taffin.
Filming is scheduled to begin later this month in Colombia, with additional casting currently underway.
Meanwhile, John recently replayed his role as a character piece maker in the HBO Max series “Self-Destruction Squadron” of the same name, admitting that he was dancing “really, really self-consciously” in his trailer underwear.
The 44-year-old star, who plays the superhero on the famous HBO Max show, is the “most embarrassing thing” to dance slightly dressed for a preview of the show, which he had to shoot first. Show me that there is.
He told SFX Magazine:
“I’m right outside the gate, in front of many people allowed for the safety of COVID. In my underwear, I’m doing an interpretive dance, like the most embarrassing thing.
“I don’t know if it’s for budgetary reasons or a coaching genius, or if we started from a very vulnerable moment in front of the crew.
“But that led me to become more emotionally vulnerable and lead to some of the more meaningful scenes from introspective locations.”
