McKeesport, PA (KDKA)-A man in Pittsburgh has been accused of kidnapping and repeatedly raping a woman.
The detective was arrested after Hazelwood’s 32-year-old Rufus Gray kidnapped the woman, took her to McKeesport’s house, took her hostage, and then arrested her.
We are protecting her identity because she is a victim of sex crimes. Police called her “Jane Do”.
Gray allegedly kidnapped and terrorized a woman and repeatedly raped her in the bathroom and basement of her house along Salis Street in McKeesport. The house is seemingly abandoned, overgrown and surrounded by several other abandoned property.
She said county detective Gray pushed her into a zTrip car against her will, took her home and broke through a window upstairs.
The detective covered her mouth with duct tape, tied an electrical cord around her ankles and wrists, and tied her at the base of a wooden basement staircase before first pushing her into the concrete floor storage room of the basement. Say it.
A detective in Allegheny County met the victims at West Penn Hospital and she turned them to a house on Salis Street. They got a search warrant and found him hiding under the bed.
Police did not say how the victim escaped, but she successfully led the police to the alleged attacker.
