Pennsylvania Police Name 10 Most Wanted Suspects

(WHTM) — The Pennsylvania State Police are seeking help from the public to identify the 10 most wanted suspects.

The three new suspects added to the Most Wanted list are Rakeem Markell Jones, Jordan Alexander Allen and Samuel Irizarry.

Rakeem Markell Jones is wanted by the Erie State Police on suspicion of attempted murder. He’s 6’1″ with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is Erie.

Jordan Alexander Allen is wanted by Dunmore State Police for aggravated assault with a firearm. He is 5’9″, has dark hair, brown eyes, and his last known address is Wilkes-Barre.

Samuel Irizarry was wanted by the Philadelphia State Police on suspicion of attempted murder and was last known to have lived in Philadelphia. He has brown hair and blue eyes and he is 5’7 inches.

Michael Edward Ackerley is wanted for alleged rape and aggravated lewd assault in 1998 in Erie. Chautauqua, New York. and North Carolina. He is known to frequent music stores and recording studios.

James Garland Watts is wanted for murder and attempted murder in Allegheny County in 2008. His last known address was Clareton, Pennsylvania.

Giovanni Morales Jr. is wanted by Hazelton State Police in a June 2020 murder case. His last known address was Brooklyn, New York.

Martavius ​​Kendre Stout is wanted by the Meadville Police Department on suspicion of murder. His last known address is Meadville.

Gerado Cruz-Hernandez is wanted on multiple rape and related charges related to a 12-year-old woman in Norristown. State Police claim Cruz Hernandez’s last address was in Norristown and the incident took place in 2013.

Kevin Jay Parnell is wanted in Chester County for allegedly sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl. His last known address is New Castle, Delaware.

Freddy Calle is wanted by the Hazelton City Police Department on suspicion of raping a child. His last known address is Hazelton.
