Local stock and gravy

If you want someone else to handle your turkey stock and gravy this year, Drew Moore from Crowded Kitchen will help. Using poultry bones procured from Tarrah Berrier (aka The Turkey Lady), Moore will begin accepting pick-up orders from November 1st to November 23rd to 24th.

Both stock and gravy will be available in pints, quarts and half gallons. Stock prices start at $ 5.50. The gravy is $ 6.50.

PS Moore and his team can use extra hugs for now. A car accident last weekend severely damaged the production kitchen on North Plum Street, limiting the menu until repairs were made.
